- 1 ¼ cups chocolate Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- ½ cup water
- 1 250g cream cheese
- 1 pack Nestle All Purpose Cream - Chocolate Flavor (250 ml)
Procedure
- Combine Graham, butter and sugar until crumbly.
- Press mixture into a 9 inch springform pan or into a container of your choice. Set aside.
- Sprinkle gelatin in water. Warm over low hear while stirring constantly. Cook until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until light. Add Nestle All Purpose Cream Chocolate Flavor and beat for another 30 seconds.
- Stir in dissolved gelatin. Pour mixture into the prepared crust.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set. Serve with coffee or tea.
